Projects
Projects, milestones, initiatives, and roadmaps — the layer above issues.
Projects
A project groups issues and documents around a body of work — a launch, a quarter’s focus, or an ongoing stream like “Sales” or “Marketing”.

…/projects/{id}/milestones— dated checkpoints. - Members —
…/projects/{id}/members— who’s on it. - Updates —
…/projects/{id}/updates— written status updates over time. - Comments —

…/projects/{id}/reminder— scheduled status nudge.
Initiatives and roadmaps
Above projects: initiatives (/initiatives) group several projects under a strategic theme, and roadmaps (/roadmaps) lay them out over time.
Teams vs projects
Teams own issue identifiers and engineering states; projects own a body of work. Marketing and Sales are projects inside the workspace — they don’t need teams because they don’t produce KEY-NN issues. Engineering work that supports them files issues under the engineering team and links the project.
