# Activity & search

## Unified activity feed

`GET /workspaces/{org}/activity` merges every event source in the workspace into one feed:

- Issue history (state changes, edits, assignments)
- Comments on every entity type
- Support ticket events
- Agent session activity

Query params: `entityType` (filter to one kind), `limit` (bounded). Each item carries `kind`, `entityType`, `entityId`, `action`, `actor`, `createdAt`, and a `summary`.

Per-issue history alone: `GET /workspaces/{org}/issues/{id}/activity`.

## Notifications

`GET /workspaces/{org}/notifications` — mentions, assignments, subscriber updates. Unread count at `…/notifications/unread-count`.

## Search

`GET /workspaces/{org}/search?q=...` (MCP: `search`) — full-text across issues, documents, tickets, customers, deals, sessions. One call instead of listing each type.

## Saved views

`GET/POST /workspaces/{org}/saved-views` — named filter sets (by entity, state, assignee, label) that humans pin in the app sidebar and agents can read for "show me what's in my queue" queries. Favorite/unfavorite via `…/saved-views/{id}/favorite`.
